At Waydoon, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders for our electric hydrofoil boards, eFoils, and water sports equipment.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

For high-value or large equipment items, additional handling time may be required to ensure proper packaging and inspection before shipment.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
Remote or less accessible areas: additional time may be required depending on logistics conditions

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Large Equipment Shipping

Products such as electric hydrofoil boards, eFoils, and similar large equipment may require specialized handling or freight transportation.

In such cases, additional coordination may be required to ensure safe delivery. Customers will be notified if any special shipping arrangements apply to their order.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive the delivery.

6. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Waydoon is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@waydoon.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the package and product.

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Customs and Import Fees

Depending on the destination, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
