1. Overview
At Waydoon, we are committed to delivering high-quality electric hydrofoil boards, eFoils, and water sports equipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through our website.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components are included
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or may be subject to partial refund deductions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Customized or special-order products
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
Products showing excessive wear, water damage beyond normal intended use, or signs of intentional damage
Safety seals or protective packaging that have been removed in cases where applicable
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at support@waydoon.com before sending any items back.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns sent without approval may be refused.
Customers should include the order number and reason for return when contacting us to ensure faster processing.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Waydoon will cover return shipping only in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects confirmed by our team
Items received are incorrect
Products damaged during initial delivery
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@waydoon.com.
Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order information. We will review the case and provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
